Morning

Feel free to have black coffee, but focus on sipping Unimate through lunch to help you fast.

  • You’ll feel some hunger pangs, but sipping Unimate will help those subside, plus the increased GLP-1 will help keep you from craving food.

Mid-day

  • Lunch will break your fast and start your 8-hour eating window.

  • If this will be your biggest meal of the day, drink Balance right before or during your lunch.

Evening

  • If you had Balance with lunch, it’s OK to have it before or during dinner also.

    When ordering, click on “HSA/FSA” as your payment method and select “Checkout.” This will lead you to a Truemed survey, which is where you can input your FSA or HSA information.

    If you have any issues using your HSA or FSA card at checkout, make sure you have enough funds to make the purchase.

    After completing the Truemed survey, you can complete your purchase with your regular credit or debit card.

    Truemed will then send you a letter of medical necessity with information on how to submit your HSA/FSA refund.

  • Both Unimate and weight-loss drugs increase GLP-1, but that is where similarities end.
