  • It’s always recommended that employees work with their doctor as they improve their metabolic health.

    Employees can let their doctors know they plan to fast intermittently and to please look up the products they’ll use to support their fasting lifestyle in the PDR.

    1. Employees will need a letter of eligibility, which they can obtain at checkout through TruMed.

    2. When they’re ready to check out, they click on “HSA/FSA” as their payment method and select “Checkout.” (The HSA/FSA payment option is only available on one-time purchase orders.) This will lead them to a TrueMed survey, which is where they can input their FSA or HSA information.

    3. If you have any issues using your HSA or FSA card at checkout, make sure you have enough funds to make the purchase. After completing the TrueMed survey, you can complete your purchase with your regular credit or debit card. TrueMed will then send you a letter of medical necessity with information on how to submit your HSA/FSA refund. Please note that some transactions may be declined even though your HSA or FSA has sufficient funds.

  • Absolutely! When they set up their account, there are two options. They can choose the one that is a single order (subscriptions are clearly identified).

    As they find they’re using Feel Great every month, they can go back and set up a subscription to save an extra $10 and to receive free shipping.
